We know from experience that scaling companies is tough. Only 0.4% of companies manage to do it successfully. The rest stagnate or fail. Our Lab helps founders and scale-ups through this challenging phase.
In the Scale-up Lab, you get 1:1 support from experienced entrepreneurs, access to our expansive global network, to work with proven scaling toolkits, and to develop a even stronger peer network.
When we combine these during the scaling phase, we help you to think with more clarity on both a founder and operational level.

Assessing your company for technical scalability, proprietary or licensed. Exploring possibilities and tech partnerships.

Focus on: Using digital channels for sales, gathering ambassadors, building brand and reputation. Useful for both B2B and B2C.

Focus on:
Exploring leadership styles, using examples of self-leadership, growth mindsets and what it takes to start a Massive Transformative Process

The next Scale-up Lab runs during Apr-June 2019.
Places are strictly limited to 10 companies per Lab to ensure consistently high quality and interactivity, so don’t miss out.
Companies with proven business models or great product-market fit should send their founders, CXOs and heads of growth or international to the Lab.
Q: How much does the lab cost?
The Lab is totally free of charge and no one takes any equity. Be mindful of the “de minimis quota” (state aid) rule. The value of the Lab is €1389 which counts as state aid, and the maximum permitted amount for de minimis aid is €200,000 per company over three years. Please make sure so you have room in your de minimis aid.
Q: What is the Location of the program?
Online and in Stockholm. Most of the sessions can be conducted online minimising travel requirements for companies outside Stockholm. There will be 3 sessions which require travel to Stockholm. Exact dates for these will be set in collaboration with successful applicants.
Q: How do you define a 'proven business model' or 'great product-market fit'?
Participating companies should have a minimum annual turnover of €2M. Have been generating revenue in preceding 3 years, have a minimum personnel of at least 10 people and growing at least 20% in the preceding 1-3 years.
Q: How many colleagues can I bring with me?
Each participating company will be given three spaces, so it’ll be you +2 on the guest list. We strongly recommend that you are or bring CXO/co-founder to the Lab.
Q: What is the time commitment?
As entrepreneurs ourselves, we understand that your time is limited. For this reason, the Lab works on the principle that you decide how much time and effort you want to commit, and how you’d like to interface with us (e.g. F2F, Skype etc). Previous participants typically spend between 2-5 hours, each week, working on their biggest challenges. This includes the 1:1 support from us.
Please be aware that there are 3 x dates where you are required to be in person, usually in Stockholm, to share and learn with the other participants, and to meet with and hear from other experts or entrepreneurs whom we’ve invited along to help you.
